Young Ian arrived in Canada in 1995 as an international students who could only speak no more than 10 English sentences. From ESL, College, Technical School (VFS), SFU, UBC, BCIT and many years of Toastmaster training, he had grown out of that little student who got bullied around for speaking poor English and terrible grammar, to a top speaking power presenter & top selling award winning real estate agent!
